mushroom and pineapple chicken

400 g mushrooms, butter for the mold
4 chicken breast fillets (each 125 g) 200 g

pineapple 1 / 4 teaspoon granulated broth, 1 teaspoon cornstarch
300 ml cream
black pepper
4 tablespoons sliced almonds

How?:
first Preheat the oven to 200 ° C preheat. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. A baking pan with butter and pour in the mushroom slices.

second Chicken breast fillets wash, dry and place it on the mushrooms. Pineapple spread over the chicken breast fillets.

third Stir broth and cornstarch with the cream and pepper and sprinkle everything with it.
